Our mission is to provide you with an accurate valuation for your jewelry suited for your use based on its purpose and function. Each appraisal has a different function based on its purpose of use. We are trained in jewelry appraisals and we do not issue one standard appraisal to be used for any function.
We are engaged as an independent appraiser of gems and jewelry for private clients, jewelers, banks, insurance companies, law firms and museums. We do not accept commissions from jewelers, insurance companies, diamond manufacturers, wholesalers or any other agencies. As independent appraisers, we do not sell or buy jewelry so that we can ethically provide you with an unbiased opinion, and an objective valuation. Our gemologists and appraisers pride themselves on exercising the highest level of diligence, care, professionalism and skill as professional appraisers. Our appraisal practice is compliant with the ethics and standards of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), adopted by Congress in 1989.
We are certified members of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers (NAJA), and Alumni of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Our background and credit have been verified by the Jewelers Board of Trade.. Our expertise is in grading diamonds, evaluating quality standards of production, selection of raw materials (metals, diamonds, gemstones and pearls), factoring in labor, finishing costs and their contributions in the valuation of each piece of jewelry for the retail market.
As jewelry professionals, we understand that a piece of jewelry starts with the raw materials and it is left to the hands of man to enhance. In addition to diamonds and gemstones, pearls and jade. We also perform appraisals in Asian arts and jewelry of Asian, Indian and Middle Eastern origins in 18 - 23K gold craftsmanship.
